About

 What does baby exercise mean to me? It’s physical touch, movement training, raid correction, it’s a movement that matters because that’s what gives the foundation for the baby first year.

 

Exercise not only strengthens the baby’s weak muscle groups, but also develops new correct skills or replaces old, faulty abilities. Depending on the development of the baby, physical activity is chosen, which can be the training of psychomotor skills and the strengthening of certain muscle groups. Aids are used like gymnastics and small balls. I really like these tools because the unstable inventory helps to activate the baby’s deep muscles during exercise and in this way we can strengthen the deeper muscles that are usually forgotten and hidden. This way we will get a better result when not only the superficial muscles but also the deep ones are strong and strong. Before the session, a warm-up is performed, basic limb exercises and a full body massage (short warm-up) are applied.

Duration

Baby exercise can last up to 30-45 minutes. It is a very individual matter, depends on how the baby reacts, adapts. Because I work stress-free for both myself and the child – also mom and dad, for that we get to know each other warmly and playfully because all children are different and adapt differently to strangers and the environment.
