We reserve the right to amend thee terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this Website. Your continued use of the Website following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.
1. Purchasing procedure
1.1 You may offer to purchase Arms Like Moms products described on this Website for the price specified on this Website.
1.2 Your offer to purchase Arms Like Moms products must be made in accordance with relevant directions and instructions contained on this Website and must include your name, email address, credit card details and any other ordering information specified on this Website.
1.3 Upon receipt of your order, we will at our discretion accept or reject your offer to purchase any Arms Like Moms product.
1.4 You may not cancel your order once it has been submitted, even if our acceptance or rejection of your order is still pending.
1.5 We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase.

2. Cancellation
2.1 You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions, Arms Like Moms products may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or similar oversight.
2.2 In these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, even though your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of the Arms Like Moms products to you.
2.3 If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount in question.
3. Returns and refunds
3.1 Only goods whose return is not regulated by the Rules of Return and Replacement of Goods approved by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania are returned. June 29 by Order no. 217, Item 18: “Buyer’s requirement to replace the purchased item with similar goods or to refund the money paid for these goods for the reasons set out in paragraph 14, the goods listed in this paragraph shall not be acquired “.
3.2 The purchase is not used for 14 days, you need to notify us via email info@armslikemoms.com (including order number). The shipping cost of sending and returning the goods is covered by the Buyer.
3.3 Money for returned goods is transferred within 14 days.
3.4 In the event of a refund in the form of an international bank, the fees of the Banking Commission shall be paid by the customer.
3.5 Return to the goods on the basis of a gift voucher, the seller must pay for the item, i.e. gift coupon.
4. Online lessons
4.1 After the purchase of online lessons buyers will get unlimited time access to watch the lesson.
4.2 The results of the online lessons depend on the various factors, such as the mood of the baby, technique of person performing the massage or exercise, and etc.
4.3 The responsibility and consequences of performing the massage or exercise rest with the person who is performing them on the baby. The content of the visual material is only the recommendation of a physiotherapist.
